NYC TRIP CHANGE -- December 17, 18, 19, 2010

A note from Judy Bowles about the NYC trip…

I'm sorry to say that our NYC Trip had to be cancelled - I only had 13 and that's not enough.

So, for those who may still want to go here is an alternative. I'm enclosing a trip announcement form Jeanne Brandenburg-Smith (AMS Member). She contacted me last year regarding the yearly trip her mother does, now she is helping with it. This trip cost is for bus and hotel room, you would be on your own for everything else. This hotel is in Time Square and walking distance to everything.

If you are interested please contact either Mary Lou or Jeanne directly. They are planning their 31st Annual Green Tours New York City Christmas Trip.
• A $50 dollar deposit was due by Jan 25, 2010. Your $50 deposit would be due as soon as possible, with the remaining balance due by October 25, 2010 sent to Mary Lou Green.
• The dates for this trip are December 17, 18, 19, 2010.
• We will again being staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square, 790 Eighth Ave, NYC.
• Pick up points will be in Hagerstown, Brunswick and Frederick.

The following is the cost including the bus and lodging (including taxes and baggage) per person.

Double Occupancy - $485
Triple Occupancy - $475
Quad Occupancy - $465

$115 for Children 16 and under staying with 2 adults in room

A non-refundable $50 per person deposit is required ASAP with the remaining balance due by October 25, 2010. Please make checks and send deposits to:
